PRODUCTS:
Polypropylene: This media offers efficient and economic surface filtration. It is available in "spunbond" and SMS (spunbond, meltblown, spunbond).
Polyester: One of the stronger non-wovens available, and has a very good resistance to reliable organic, caustic, bacteria and diluted acids. This material is made by the spunbond process.
Polyester-cellulose: This material is made by the wetlaid process. This offers a more uniform web, higher wet strength and more consistent pore size. This surface filtration is recommended when you have a gravity filtration system.
Rayon: This media is excellent when it is required to filter fluids with high temperatures.
Multilayers: This product allows to handle the surface filtration and to change it deep, due to the layers that it has. This is because it offers the alternative to form several sediment layers along the media.
Gradient: This non-woven is a material that presents a differential in the pore size. The superior surface has a pore more open than in the inferior one. This creates a gradient that improves the efficiency of the filtration because it allows it to capture suspended particles of diverse sizes at the same time.
